West Hurdle Training offers a variety of options to best suit what you are looking for in your hurdle training. Below are the prices and options.
SERVICES AVAILABLE
Having been a high school coach for 16 years I am not interested in “stealing” athletes or replacing the school team training of an athlete’s program. Over the years I have had many coaches/athletes/parents reach out to me for help because hurdle coaches are hard to come by. Many schools do not have someone there with accurate hurdle knowledge. My goal is to take your athletes training to the level it needs to be and to help them achieve their goals.
Coach West has almost 20 years of experience coaching hurdles and 30 years experience running hurdles herself. She has coached 8 State Record Holders; 2 60m hurdles, 2 300h, 2 100h, 1 110h, 1 55m hurdles and 17 individual State Champions. She has helped over 80 State placers (top 6) at state. She feels grateful to have coached India's U23 400m hurdle National Champion! She loves coaching and helping athletes set and achieve their hurdle goals.
