Jr High Hurdle Camp

Service Description

We are so excited for this years Jr. High Hurdle Summer Camp. This is for athletes going into 7th grade through 9th grade. August 3-4 8:30-11:30. At this camp athletes will learn proper sprint form, block starts, hurdle technique, and so much more! Our head coach, Coach West offers almost 20 years of coaching experience. Some of her qualifications include, Coaching over 8 high school State Record Holders, over 17 hurdle State Champions, U20 2023 400m hurdle boys national champion, India's U23 2022 400h national champion, speaker for 2022 national hurdle summit, and much more. Our West Hurdle Training assistant coaches; coach Flint, Waltman, and Fredin will also be there. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience. We hope to see you at this years camp!
