Service Description

Athletes will recieve elite speed coaching from Coach Will Collins of Fast University and Greg Brown of Fast Prep. These coaches have worked with Olympic Athletes as well as speed training for the NFL, NBA, and MLB. Athletes will recive two days of biomechanical and fundamental training focused on elite speed training. Snacks and T shirts will be provided.
